Description

The bridge in the foreground is located at grid reference SJ8523240819. In the album, the typed caption below the photograph reads 'Structure 348/Fb type structure for entrance into Trentham Park; in the distance is Hanchurch Manor. This was the scene of considerable operations starting with a culvert 60'0" below the level of the motorway. The whole area has been completely changed.'

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
