Description

Dunelm House was designed by Architects Co-Partnership, under the supervision of Sir Ove Arup, and was built by Laing's Construction Company for Durham University. This Brutalist style student's union building was completed in 1966 and later won a R.I.B.A. Architecture Award in 1967.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
