In the negative register the site has been referred to as a warehouse and offices and in the Laing monthly newsletter it is described as 'a single-storey depot with a structural steel frame and brick and patent cladding.' The building was designed by J Hall of the Pirelli Building Department.
This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
