Description

The Crossway United Reform Church replaced the previous Crossway Central Mission, the site of which became part of the Heygate estate. The new church had a two-level entrance and was clad in brick. An official opening and dedication service was held at the church on 25th January 1975. The Heygate estate was demolished between 2011 and 2014.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
