Description

Also pictured are Sir Maurice Laing and Gerry Neale, the Mayor of Milton Keynes. The building was financed, and so named, by Lloyds Bank. It was known as D1.4 during construction the opening ceremony was also the building's official naming day. The £2.25m building was the first in the Milton Keynes development project to be completed and the Milton Keynes Development Corporation took up residence in offices on the first floor of the building.
