Neil Gordon Kinnock, Leader of the Labour Party from 1983 until 1992, unveiled a plaque to commemorate the opening of the centre on 12th April 1985.
This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
