Description

The London Central Mosque, also known as Regent's Park Mosque, was built by John Laing & Son Ltd between 1974 and 1977. The mosque was designed by English architect Sir Frederick Gibberd, who won the international competition to design the mosque in 1969.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
