Laing Retirement Homes renovated the eighteenth century Etloe House into sheltered accommodation and built new retirement flats in the grounds between May and December 1983. They created 60 studio, one-bed and two-bed apartments in total.
This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
