Description

The 'Mortlake Lager Project II' was carried out by Laing's 'Southern Region' for Watney Combe Reid and Truman at their Stag Brewery in Mortlake. The project provided extra storage capacity for the continuing growth of lager sales with 27 tanks being installed. Work on the contract started in July 1987 and was due to be completed in August 1988.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
