Description

Laing's Eastern Region division built the development of 23 flats for JBG Housing Society Ltd between May 1992 and March 1993. Although only referred to as Ballards Lane in the negative register, this retirement flat is believed to be at Shine House situated behind numbers 184-186 Ballard Road.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
