The slide is part of a batch taken by Laing to illustrate the use of ‘12M Jespersen’, an advanced building system for the production of factory made housing during the construction process. The photographs show armed services housing at Gosport 2 from construction to completion, and include examples of specific pre-cast units such as Crittall panels.
This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
