The caption on the reverse of the photograph reads: “Women’s ambulance competitions. The L.M.S. Women’s Ambulance Competitions were held to-day in the Stephenson Rooms, Euston Hotel, Euston, London, N.W. Sir William Woods, Vice-President of the London, Midland & Scottish Railway Company, presented the awards to the winning teams. Photo shows:- London “B,” (sic) the winning team, competing at the Euston Hotel this afternoon.”
