Description

In around 1920 the Britannic Assurance Company acquired Moor Green House and its grounds, and converted the area into sports pitches for the use of employees. The site was further developed in the 1960s when Britannic House was built. The office block, which dates from 1963, was converted into over 100 flats in around 1999. This photograph was published on the inside back cover of 'Played in Birmingham' by Steve Beauchampe and Simon Inglis.
