Junius S. Morgan (1813 - 1890) and his son John Pierpont Morgan (1837 - 1913), international bankers, lived at 14 Princes Gate, Hyde Park, from 1858; John Fitzgerald Kennedy (1917 - 1963), President of the United States of America, stayed there in the late 1930s.
