Description

Seventy-five sheets of tendering and contract drawings prepared by Douglass, Wise and Partners for the Department of the Environment between 1982-1983. The sheets cover the hall and grounds, the annexe, kitchen annexe, stable block, kennels and outbuildings including barns, compound and pens. Details of doors, windows, screens and barriers are included, as well as external features such as gates, fences and edgings. Some sheets are annotated working copies; several are fragile and damaged, and are stored in transparent plastic enclosures.
