The series consists of eight-three drawings and watercolours by Anthony Hill, dated between September 1947 and July 1995. They include sites such as Ely Cathedral, Sissinghurst Castle, and Peterborough Cathedral, but primarily depict parish churches in Sussex, Kent, and Shropshire.
Churches from Castor, Plymouth, Biddenden, Oxford, Albury, Ercall Magna, and Wolverhampton are also included, along with a few listed buildings in Brockweir, and Hertford.
