Description
This series consists of 52 files of photographs dating from the early 1970s to the year 2000 with most taken during the 1990s. It incorporates images documenting the progress of numerous projects including the construction of the Second Severn Crossing and Sizewell B Power Station. Included are many images of turf cutting opening ceremonies, unveiling foundation stones, topping out ceremonies, and other corporate events such as retirement parties and prizegivings, as well as portraits and images of staff working to be used in the company’s promotional literature.
