Description
Staff from the Swindon office of RCHME carried out the mapping project between June 1993 - September 1994 as part of the wider National Mapping Programme. The project was designed to support the Marches Uplands Survey.
As well as pencil and ink Aerial Photograhic transcriptions and NMR morph sheets, the archive includes record sheets and forms for the quarter sheets.
The archive also includes the following project documentation: 2 general files.
A folder of aerial quantification sheets for Shropshire.
2 documents from Hereford and Worcester Archaeological Service: 'Marches Upands Survey: Sampling Strategy' and 'Aerial Photographic Quantification for the County of Hereford and Worcester'.
