Description
Mount Edgcumbe Park and Barrow Park were surveyed in the spring of 1998 by the RCHME Exeter Office. The survey of Mount Edgcumbe Park took place at the request of Mrs. C. Gaskell Brown with the aim of investigating the earthwork evidence for the existence of a landscape water feature referred to in 18th century sources.Barrow Park was surveyed at the request of A. Preston-Jones (English Heritage) and C. Gaskell-Brown (Mount Edgcumbe Country Park).
