Description
Large folio entitled 'Old London, Nos. 1-60', published in 1881. First volume of a two part set. Folio contains 60 mounted photographic prints, also 19 pages of text, plus 1 photocopy, describing the buildings photographed. Obituary of Alfred Marks dated 14th September 1912 pasted inside the front cover of the folio. Each print is initialled "AM" and numbered on the front. Many prints have "A E Street, 12 Inverness Terrace W" written on the back.
