Eleven reconstruction illustrations and two general illustrations depicting Warkworth Castle and Hermitage, created by various illustrators between about 1990 and 2006. There are two cut-away reconstruction illustrations of the Great Tower, created by Peter Dunn in 1994. Ivan Lapper created five reconstructions between 1990 and 1995, depicting scenes from the interior of the castle buildings in the medieval period. In 2005 - 2006 Liam Wales created a reconstruction of the entire site and a present-day illustration of the entrance to the hermitage; both were included in the Red Guide series of English Heritage guidebooks for the site. He also created, in 2004, a map of the surrounding area, including the nearby town of Amble, but this was not used in any publication. There are a further three cut-away reconstruction illustrations of the Great Tower, Great Hall and hall ranges from the castle, created by Chris Jones-Jenkins between January 2005 and March 2006.
There are also eleven black and white and one colour preliminary sketches and some additional backup material, created by Peter Dunn. These have not been catalogued at item level.
