Description

The sales particulars include two halftone prints, one of which shows a woman sat on the front lawn with two children. Additionally, there is a fold-out map showing the boundaries of the property.

Although the brochure refers to the property as just 'Huttons', it is recorded on both earlier and later maps as Huttons Farm. The auction lot also includes a number of farm buildings, and so it is likely to have been a functioning farm at the time of, or soon before, the sale.

Archival History

These Sales Particulars were withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection during the 2011 - 2012 Red Box Project. Via Peter M Reid.
