Former White Lion, 14-16, Putney High Street SW15 - Wandsworth

Former White Lion public house, built in 1887. The building is unoccupied following its closure in 2015 and is in poor condition, with access problems. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent, in line with the permissions granted in 2016, were renewed in April 2019 for extensions and alterations for hotel and public house use but have not yet been implemented and have now lapsed. The building is secure and occupied by property guardians and has recently been bought by a new owner who is now in discussions with the Local Planning Authority (March 2024).
