Mettingham Castle, Mettingham - East Suffolk
Substantial remains of a medieval castle and college of canons. The site is in various ownerships. Repairs completed with grants from Historic England in 2009 to the keep and part of curtain wall, and in 2018 to a freestanding structure within the walls. However, further repairs to the gatehouse and the rest of the curtain wall are still urgently needed.
