Details

HARTBURN HARTBURN NZ 08 NE 9/6 Bell headstone 12m south-west of St. Andrew's church porch GV II Headstone, 1753. Sandstone. Shaped top with cherub over inscription to Robert Bell and others. Reverse: sunk shaped panel has swag over scallop shell on death's head, with snake biting its tail and open book below, all carved in relief upon vermiculate field.
