House. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble; stone slate roof; rendered stacks. 2-unit central staircase plan. 2 storeys; 5-window range. Flat stone arches over central C20 door with flat hood, C18 two-light leaded casement and C20 two-light casement: C20 one-light inserted casement to left: timber lintels over blocked first-floor windows. Gabled roof; gable end stacks. To rear are flat stone arch over C20 stair-light, timber lintels over one- and two-light first floor windows and two gabled dormers with tiled roofs and 2-light leaded casements. Interior: Mid C19 four-panelled and plank doors, C18 ribbed doors in attic. Room to right has chamfered and stopped beam and a wood moulded architrave to blocked fireplace flanked by original cupboards. Room to left has full set of chamfered and stopped beams and washing copper adjoining open fireplace. Dog leg with landing stairs have stick balusters on closed string, turned newels and splat balusters from first floor to attic. On first floor, room to left has a full set of chamfered and stopped, quartered beams and joists: cased quartered beams in room to right. 4-bay butt purlin roof has collar trusses with side struts to end trusses; boarded partitions to centre trusses.
