Wall and gateways. 1854 by S.S. Teulon. Red brick with ashlar dressings, some wood and iron. Red brick wall set on a chamfered plinth with rounded brick coping extending north to south for about 80 metres. Broken in the centre by a gateway with double wooden gates with iron fittings. The wall flanking the gateway with flush ashlar quoins and topped with single large ashlar finials being decorated to 4 sides with gablets with single blind trefoils. The south side broken by a similar gateway and gates, the finials here decorated with single small blind cusped panels and terminating in a roll moulding. The north side broken by a similar smaller gateway and gate, with plain conical ashlar finials. Included for group value only.
