quoins, squared stone to piers, stone slate roof. Five-bay barn,
porch in centre on one side, 4-bay, part lofted, extension offset
to one end. Barn: away from house, plinth, wide opening in centre
with timber lintel below eaves; each side 2 small circular air
vents in ashlar blocks; parapet gables. Towards house, boarded
cover to pitching-hole on right, projecting porch, opening to eaves
level in end, weatherboarding to gable over: 2 circular air-vents
on left. Lean-to dog-kennels not of special interest: parapet
gables to ends. Interior, loft inserted in one end: tie-beam
trusses with high collar and short angle struts, 2 pairs purlins,
plank ridge. Slightly set back on left, and at lower level, 4-bay
open-fronted building, with tapered square stone piers, chamfered
underside to caps: 2 piers on right stop below eaves, weather-
boarded wall above, that on left to eaves. Internally 2 right

Open range unusual in half being so high.
