Details

SX 8366 IPPLEPEN CHURCH PATH Ipplepen 6/122 Lamb Headstone approximately 4 metres south-east of Chancel of St Andrew GV II Headstone. Dated 1727. Limestone with shaped head and finial. The finial has an inverted heart containing a skull engraved on its face. The rather primitive lettering has upper and lower case lettering with serifs. In memory of wife of John Lamb.
