2 adjoining houses. C18, N part and attached rear workshop early C19 in slightly different brick. Sandy red brick, stucco plinth and S gable, grey brick rear workshop. Steep old red tile roofs, slate roofs to rear outshut and workshop. A 2-storeys, symmetrical, central-entrance, end-chimneys plan house facing W with rear outshut under catslide roof, and later N extension of 2 storeys with one window, N gable internal chimney, corbelled corner at NW above canted ground floor, 2- and 1-storeys rear range linking to 2 storeys workshop block facing S. W front has 4 small-pane 2-lights flush casement windows on 1st floor and 3 sash windows with 2/2 panes on ground floor under cambered arches. 2 doorways with 2-panels, flush-beaded, divided doors under flat hoods on shaped brackets. Toothed stucco quoins at SW corner. Included for group value.
