7/30 Bartlett chest tomb - approximately 4 metres south-east of chancel of Church of St Winifred GV II

Chest tomb. Dated 1700 in memory of Paul Bartlett. Beerstone ashlar. Chest tomb with chamfered base and soffit-moulded flat lid. Each side contains a single panel flanked by plain projecting pilaster strips. The ends are also panelled. The south panel is inscribed, the dedication is Roman serif capitals and the epitaph includes lower case letters. It records the death of Paul Bartlett in 1700.
