5130 (North West Side) The Hope Public House SU 9676 NW 2/192 II 2. Circa 1780 red brick 2 storey house, with brick dentil eaves and hipped tiled roof 3 windows: flush architrave framed sashes with flat rubbed gauged brick arches on 1st floor. The ground floor built out for public house circa 1830-50 - stucco faced with parapet coping. 2 tripartite glazing bar sashes. Central double flush panelled and lazed door in pilaster frame. To rear elevation on 1st floor a circa 1800 or early C19 canted bay window with roughcast facing and hipped tiled roof - 3 pointed arched lights in stucco frames.
