HOLYWELL-CUM-NEEDINGWORTH BACK LANE 1. 5140 (north side) Holywell TL 37 SW 7/26 Mansard II GV 2. C17 cottage. Two unit plan, possibly originally three units. One-storey and attic. Rendered timber-frame with modern tile mansard roof. Gable stack to left hand of local red brick, C19 brick stack to right hand. Four dormer windows, two with hung sashes. Two modern casement windows. Main entry to north.
