Cottage. C16 with later additions, 2 storeys, thatched roof swept down between 1st floor windows. Sarsen rubble and brick front with some timber framing to rear. 2 structural bays. Right bay C17-18 in squared sarsen and brick quoins. 3 modern casements 1st floor, 4 irregular casements around floor, 6 panelled stable type door to right of centre. Small 1 storey C18 bakehouse extension to left. Rear, small extension under catslide roof. Internally:- chamfered and stopped beams in central 2 bays. Queen post and strut trusses to roof. Tie on truss between end right bay and right central bay has mortices for diamond mullion window.
