ST MELLION ST MELLION SX 36 NE 8/220 The Rectory II

Rectory. Early C19. Rendered with slate roof with gable ends. Rendered brick stacks in gable ends. Double depth plan. Classical. 2 storey symmetrical 3:1:3 window front, left and right in wide 2 storey segmental bays and central entrance. Reduced from 9 window front. Moulded parapet originally continued along side walls. Ground floor with six 12-pane sashes, 3 to each bay with 6-panelled door. Above 7 similar sashes, all without horns and with crown glass. High parapet with moulded cornice bowed out over bays. Interior not inspected.
