House, formerly rectory. Early C19. Freestone rubble with slate hipped roof, brick dressings, brick chimneys at hipped ends, hipped ends partly built in brick. Double depth plan with entrance into stair hall. 3-bay 2-storey symmetrical front with single, central roof dormer. Slate-topped steps up to lattice porch and panelled door. 2 ground floor, 3 first floor windows : all timber sashes, 6 panes per light. Fireplaces to ground floor front rooms C20. In 1821 Thomas Hooper Morrison stated that he was "beginning to build" a new clergyman's house at Launcells.
