House, now apartments. Late C18 or early C19 (all shown on the 1843 tithe map), in different builds. Scored stucco painted white, slate roof, hipped to rear; brick stacks. L-plan forming two sides of rear courtyard (now garden): a double-depth main range parallel to Fore Street, with a long south wing at the west end. 2 storeys. 2-window front to Fore Street has 10/10-pane sashes and early C19 flush-panelled door with panelled reveals. The parallel range to rear of this has wooden doorcase with slender fluted columns, dentilled cornice and shallow pediment, and a glazed tripartite door with shallow 6-pane overlight; to its right are 4 large 12-pane sash windows, immediately above the door is a large 20-pane sash, and to the right of this are two 12-pane sashes. The long south wing, of4 unequal bays divided 1:2:1 by giant convex fluted pilasters in panels with moulded caps, has 2 large double French windows in the centre (now with modern louvred shutters), 16-pane sashes above, and similar windows to both floors of the outer bays (except at ground floor to the left, which has been altered as a doorway) : all these openings segmental-headed except those to the right. Interior not inspected. Collan Harvey, the St Day trader who enriched himself by the notorious "Truck" systemn in the boom years ofthe mid 19th century, lived in this house.

L-plan forming 2 sides of a rear courtyard (now garden): a main range parallel to Fore Street and attached back- to-back to a building on that street, with a long south wing at the west end. Two storeys; the doorway to the main range, close to the angle with the wing, has a wooden doorcase with slender fluted columns, dentilled cornice, and shallow pediment, and a glazed tripartite door with shallow 6-pane overlight; to the right are 4 large 12-pane sashed windows, immediately above the door is a large 20- pane sash, and to the right of this two 12-pane sashes. The wing, of 4 unequal bays divided 1:2:1 by giant fluted convex pilasters in panels with moulded caps, has 2 large double French windows in the centre (now with modern louvred shutters), 16-pane sashed windows above, and similar windows on both floors of the outer bays (except at ground floor to the left, which has been altered as a doorway): all these openings segmental-headed except those to the right. Roof of main range hipped at right-hand end, higher roof of wing hipped at the junction; gable and ridge chimneys to wing. Interior not inspected.
