2/41 Woodhorn Mill (Formerly listed as Old Windmill) 4/11/85 II
Windmill tower, probably early C19. Tooled squared stone with tooled-and- margined dressings; flat roof not visible. Tapering 5-storey circular tower. Moulded stone brackets above ground floor, and ring of beam slots above 1st floor. 2 blocked doors at ground level, 2 boarded pitching doors to 2nd floor; windows to 2 lower floors blocked, renewed small-paned casements above. All openings in chamfered surrounds.
Interior: some floor beams and gearing for machinery survive.
