8/97 Packer monument, about 2.5m west of west end, in churchyard of Church of st. Mary the Virgin

GV II

Chest tomb. Thomas Packer, died 1736. Limestone. Moulded plinth and capping on base. Plain recessed panels to ends and sides with additional panelled strip flanking side panels. Stepped tent top with straight edges. Partially overgrown at time of survey (March 1985).
