Shop with dwelling above. Circa mid C18 refronted in circa mid C19. Painted and
rendered stone rubble with rusticated quoins. Cement-washed scantle slate roof with
gable ends with large rendered projecting chiwney stack on front slope of right-hand
gable end. Built into side of hill with ground rising steeply to rear. Single depth
plan extended to rear. Splayed corner on front of left-hand gable end.
2 storeys, regular 2-window front. Ground floor with part glazed C20 door on left
and C20 5-light canted bay window to right. First floor verandah with twisted
wrought iron balustrade, over bay window to right and doorway to left where it serves
as a canopy. 2 first floor late C19 or early C20 4-pane sash windows with round-
headed sign board between.
Interior altered on ground floor. First floor not inspected.
