Manor Farmhouse and adjoining outbuildings II Farmhouse and adjoining outbuildings. Late C17, remodelled and
extended 1754, raised and with alterations late C19. Coursed
and squared ironstone, and brick with limestone ashlar dressings,
plain tile and Swithland slate roofs. Rubble plinth. 2 gable
and single ridge brick stacks. 2 storeys plus attics, 3 bays.
L-plan. South front has to left, 2 bay ironstone walling with
flush bands of limestone ashlar, with central part-glazed door
with flat hood, flanked by single 3 light C19 casements. Above,
2 similar casements. Above again, 2 C19 gabled brick dormers,
each with a 2 light casement. To right, 2 bay C18 brick addition
with dentillated eaves. To left, a C19 stair light, and to
right, a blocked opening. Above, to left, a 2 light casement,
and to right a blocked opening. All these openings have slight
segmental heads. Right gable has a small casement to the garret,
and the date '1754' in burnt headers. South side has, to right,
a C20 bow window and beyond, a C20 2 light casement. Beyond, a
small square chamfered stone fixed light. Beyond, to left, 3
garage doors. Above, 2 blocked openings and to right, a C20
casement. Rear elevation has C19 fenestration and above, to
