Former rectory, now 2 houses. C15 origins, rebuilt mid C19. Squared, coursed
limestone with ashlar quoins, coped gables and moulded kneelers. Stone slate
roof with ashlar end stacks. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range. L-shaped
plan. C20 door to left within chamfered stone surround. To right an
ovolo-moulded 3-light mullioned and transomed window. To first floor left a C15
square-headed window with 2 cusped lights. To right a C15 two-light window with
Tudor head and hollow-chamfered surround. The major lights are scalloped, with 4
cusped heads above. Two C20 dormers. To right of building a lean-to with large
C20 French doors. Small chamfered light above. To rear a further 3-light
mullioned and transomed window. To left a C15 two-light square-headed window
with round scalloped lights. Single round-headed scalloped light to left. To

two C15 windows. That to ground floor is of 2 lights with central transom. Each
half-light is scalloped. Series of 4 cusps above each light. C15 window above is
similar to that below, but is shorter and does not have a transom. Both windows

from the fine C15 house previously on the site. Interior not inspected but
likely to be of interest.
