Detached house: mid C19; ashlar plinth, door and window surrounds, English bond red brick, tiled roof. 3-window front with double rear wing, giving U-roof: 2-storey plus attics. Symmetrical front, full height projecting centre with gable, containing front door. Boarded and studded door under 4-centred arch; pointed heads to side lights with sunk spandrels: flat hoodmould to 3, with blue brick-on-edge relieving arch to door only. To either side 3-light mullion and transom windows, leaded lights, iron opening casement, under hoodmould and blue-brick relieving arch. Moulded string at first floor window sill level; windows as ground floor, 3-light in centre, 2 each side; single- light window in gable, carved bargeboards. Tiles plain and club, forming banding: crested ridge tiles. Chimney set on ridge left of centre, flues set diagonally. Left return, front projects as gable, generally as front, but rectangular bay window ground floor with stone roof, 2-light window first floor, and single in gable. Beyond 3-light window ground floor, 2-light first, and gabled dormer with 2-light casement window and carved bargeboards to attic. Chimneys, on left gable and behind front block as front chimney. Timber pendant to bargeboards at ridge.
