House, now school and house. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone to front, pecked for render now removed, coursed squared limestone rubble to sides; Welsh slate hipped parapeted roof; 2 rebuilt brick stacks on gablets to left side, rebuilt brick right-end stack. 3-storey 3-window range. First floor has two 8/8-pane sashes in plain reveals to left and right, similar blind window to centre; second floor has two similar 4/4-pane sashes with blind window to centre. Ground floor has 2 similar 8/8-pane sashes in plain reveals with stone cills, C20 boarded door with applied mouldings to centre in moulded stone architrave with doorcase of panelled pilaster strips with rosettes flanking pulvinated frieze and pediment. Shallow plinth; cill bands to first and second floors; moulded stone eaves cornice and coped parapet. Left side has scattered fenestration of largely C20 windows, some C18/C19 glazing bar casements and fixed lights. Attached rubble wall approximately 3 metres high by house ramps down to approximately 1.5 metres with attached ashlar gate pier and has 2 pointed openings (similar to that in wall attached to No.21 Querns Lane, (q.v.)) now blocked, C20 door in plain reveal and C20 gates attached to pier. INTERIOR not inspected, noted as having early C19 panelled shutters to ground floor front left and right, late C19 fireplace and dado panelling to ground floor front right.
