Probably circa 1845, yellow brick, mainly 2 storey. Plain front, south-
west, with arched central entrance with divided fanlight, and sash window,
at 1st floor, above. Slate roof, eaves band, plinth. 2 window garden
front, 3.-light sash winiows with glazing bars, and net arches at ground
floor, wide eaves soffit, later 1 storey addition, right with splay bay
window. Interior: cut string stair with square balusters. Red brick
garden walls. Group value with st John's church and Alma House. The Vicarage shall be amended to read: No 24 (The Vicarage) ------------------------------------ 1. ST JOHN'S HILL
