House. Mid Cl7. Coursed limestone rubble, painted; stone slate roof with C19 brick left end stack. 2 gables to front. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Two 6/6 pane sashes in beaded stone surrounds under unmoulded dripstones to first floor; 2-light moulded stone-mullion window with wooden casements in gable to left; former hoist opening in gable to right now partially blocked and with 2-light leaded casement under timber lintel. Two 6/6 pane sashes in plain reveals under unmoulded dripstones to ground floor; 6-panel door under simple late Cl8/early Cl9 decorative overlight in unmoulded stone surround. INTERIOR much altered; late C17 staircase. Said by owner to have been formerly linked internally to No.3 Coxwell Street (qv).
