3 houses. 1902. By VA Lawson for Bathurst Estate. Coursed squared limestone, rear elevations and rear extensions in red brick; concrete tile roof; three ashlar ridge and right-end stacks with moulded tops on coped tops to party walls and right-end verge. 3 gables to street. 2 storeys and attic; 6-window range. First floor has six 2-light chamfered stone mullion-and-transom windows with metal casements; three similar windows with hoodmoulds in gables above. Ground floor has three similar windows and three plank doors in chamfered stone surrounds, all with matching C19 iron strap hinges with fleur-de-lys ends and C19 escutcheons and single-pane overlights. Shallow chamfered plinth; moulded strings over ground and first floors; coping to gables. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
