Vicarage, then school, now residential home for elderly. 1660, altered early C19. Originally timber-framed, now with extensive early C19 brick skins. Plain tile roofs. South-west front of 2 storeys in 5 bays. Early C20 gabled porch in centre flanked by 2 late C19 2/2 sashes right and left, under gauged segmental arches. Five 6/6 early C19 sashes to first floor, also under gauged segmental arches. Gabled roof with pierced ceramic cresting. Rear with 2 gabled full-height wings separated by a central gabled prominence. North-east wing with a heavy transverse C17 stack. South-east wing with a ridge stack carrying 4 octagonal flues and an external gable-end stack with 2 octagonal flues. INTERIOR. Wave-moulded cruciform bridging beams to ground-floor south room, which is also fitted with full C18 large-framed panelling. Cellar door early C17 plank type, with lock and hinges. C19 staircase with 2 turned balusters per tread. Roof of principals, collars (moved) and curved windbraces.
