2. No 80 Circa 1700 house re-fronted early C19. 3 storeys, 1 window. Stucco with frieze, cornice and parapet. 1st and 2nd floor windows 3-light sashes with some glazing bars. Reeded pilaster mullions. Each light has ogee-shaped Gothick head, terminating in small, square plinth which may have held finial. Centre lights higher and wider, giving. Venetian effect. Modernised mid C19 shop front on ground floor. No 82. Early C19 front to early C18 house. 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. High pitched pantiled roof. Stucco with parapet. 1st floor band. Slightly recessed windows in wood architraves. On 2nd floor early C19 casements, on 1st floor replaced sashes, ground floor early C19 sashes. Moulded architraves and console bracketed cornices to ground floor windows. Door of 3 beaded panels has cornice head and rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Doorcase of sunk panelled pilasters, bracketed cornices and open pediment. Cast iron area railings with foliated spearhead standards.
