Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick with hipped slate roof. Half-round
brick eaves. 4 side wall stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, square
plan. Main east front has central Classical style doorcase with
open pediment and geometrical overlight. Flanked by single C19
canted flat roofed bay windows with 3 plain sashes. Above, 3
glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick segmental heads. South side
has single glazing bar sash and above, a C20 casement. North
side, to street, has to right blocked cellar window; above,
single casement; above again, plain sash, all with segmental
heads. Rear elevation has round headed stair light and 2 C20
casements. Stable range, to south, brick with pantile roof, 2
storeys, 3 bays, has to left, stable door and to its right, door,
both with segmental heads; to right, glazed door and C20
casement. Above, 2 glazing bar lights and single Yorkshire sash.
Pigeoncote, to left, 2 storeys, single bay, square plan, brick
with pyramidal pantile roof, cogged eaves, has to east central
stable door flanked to left by slatted opening to and right by
diamond ventilator. Above, central round headed recess with 6
tiers of dentillated pigeonholes, flanked by 3 dentillated
shelves. Above again, headers in the form 'W R'. To left,
stable with granary over, brick with pantile roof, 2 storeys, 2
bays, has to left, brick and stone stairs with kennel under, and
to right, stable door with segmental rubbed brick head. Above,
to left, plank door, and to right, single glazing bar casement.
Threshing barn, to left, 2 storeys, 3 bays, brick with hipped
pantile roof, dentillated eaves. North front has central
segmental headed barn doors flanked to left by a single shaped
breather on each floor. East front has rebated doorway with
segmental head, and to right, shaped breather. Above, pitch hole
with hatch, flanked by single shaped breathers.
